We're upgrading our water meters to ensure they are up-to-date, replacing older ones that are reaching the end of their lifespan. With AMI, customers can easily monitor their water usage almost in real-time and benefit from improved leak detection, giving them more control and peace of mind.
The installation process usually takes less than 15 minutes, and your water service will be briefly interrupted during this time. Our trusted contractors will handle the meter upgrades. They will knock on your door beforehand to introduce themselves and explain the process. If you're not home, they'll leave a door hanger once the job is done. We typically notify customers about 30 days in advance before scheduling the meter change. The best part? There's no charge or deposit required for these upgrades!
