Fees

The SCWA Engineering staff charges a fee for plan review and site inspection services related to water distribution and sanitary sewer systems. These services apply to newly installed water lines, sanitary sewer lines, force mains, lift stations, and related infrastructure in new developments.

To receive plan review, inspection of proposed infrastructure, or other Engineering services from SCWA, local developers must pay the appropriate permit fees, which vary based on the size and scope of the development.

Before installing any lines that will be dedicated to the SCWA system, developers must have approved plans and attend a pre-construction conference with SCWA's Engineering staff. To view our fee schedules click on the link below.
