Local developers seeking plan review, inspection of proposed infrastructure, or related engineering services from SCWA must pay the appropriate fees, which vary depending on the development's size and scope.
Before plans are submitted, SCWA requires a concept plan meeting between the developer and SCWA requirements
Before installing any lines intended for dedication to the SCWA system, developers must obtain approved plans and attend a pre-construction meeting with SCWA’s Engineering staff.
