For residential and commercial builders needing to establish a new water meter service with the Spalding County Water Authority (SCWA), you'll need to complete a Service Contract. All payments must be made in person at our office between 8:00AM and 5:00PM.
This simple process ensures that your property is connected to our reliable water system. You can download and fill out the application below. After completing the application, please turn in-person at our SCWA offices.

If your home is on a well, and you want to connect to public water, you will need to establish a service contract with the City of Griffin. Please click here for more information on this process.
A building permit is required if you are building a new home and need to purchase a water meter. Please call 770-467-4777 for more information.
Once your application is processed (and building permit is approved if new home build), our team will schedule the installation of your new water meter, providing you with access to clean, safe water.
