The Spalding County Watershed Ordinance aims to protect the quality and quantity of Spalding County's current and future water supply, reduce the transport of pollutants and sediment, and sustain the yield of the watershed. This ordinance applies to all watersheds within the jurisdiction of Spalding County.

The purpose of this ordinance is to provide for the protection and limited access by buffer permit to the buffer areas as defined in Section 2 of the attached ordinance.
